GetCare, a caregiver services platform, wants to improve how users search for and evaluate caregivers. Due to limited screen space, they need to identify only the most important filter options for the caregiver list view, and the most valuable content for individual caregiver profiles. Using Card Sort data, determine which criteria should be prioritized as filters and what information should appear in the Caregiver Profile. Provide clear, user-centered recommendations based on your analysis.
